Résumé : The author followed up a case of congenital liver fibrosis. The patient with this rare dysplasia (150 cases published in 1973) developed successively Scheuermann's disease, bilateral epiphysiolysis of the femoral heads, and follicular keratosis. A study of the embryological chronology of the histogenesis, the histological and biochemical findings, led the author to consider congenital liver fibrosis as a mesenchymatous embryopathy.
