| Résumé : | The presence at the same location in the cell of the enzymatic systems responsible for the synthesis and degradation of a metabolite or signal, in particular cyclic 3',5' adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), ensures a more homogeneous distribution of this agent in the cell. In the case of the thyroid cAMP system, it was shown that diffusion is rather fast and therefore plays little role in the kinetics of cAMP action on the cell. |
