Résumé : Fibroepithelial ureteral polyps (FUP) are rare benign tumors, arising from a mesodermal origin. FUP are generally mistaken for upper tract urothelial carcinomas. We report a case of a FUP of the left distal ureter in a 48-year-old male, protruding into the bladder, managed by endoscopic resection, with a recurrence after a 3-month follow-up. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of recurrence after 3 months noted in English and French literature.
