Résumé : In order to study the influence of maternal and paternal age on the incidence of standard trisomy G, 2 samples were compared, one of 335 trisomic and one of 330 normal children in the same age range. The results show an increasing incidence of the anomaly with maternal age, whereas nothing could be concluded concerning paternal age.
