Résumé : In a study on 15 patients suffering from acute angina pectoris the influence of SIN-1, administered intracoronarily, on the tone of the coronary arteries and the hemodynamics of the general circulation has been tested. In this connection a significant dilation of the coronary lumina occurred in all vessel sections, also in the region of the stenosis. The effect on the distal vessel section was stronger than that on the proximal section. Heart frequency and blood pressure remained unaffected. It was possible to prevent ergonovin-induced vessel spasms with a previously administered SIN-1 injection
