Résumé :

The theoretical advantages of computer tomography of the abdomen are recalled, with definitions of simple basic indications. The results of a year's experience concerning particularly the diagnosis and findings of tumor extensions in the hepatic, pancreatic renal, retroperitoneal, pelvic and general areas, are examined and summarised.
