Résumé : (1) A cellophane membrane placed between the organizer and the epiblast prevents neural induction. (2) Neutral red, by which yolk, pigment and microsomes are vitally stained, can diffuse from the cells of the organizer to those of the epiblast, and vice-versa. (3) At the moment of neural induction ribonucleic acid accumulates at the site of hyaline processes in the slit between the chordoblast and neuroblast. © 1950 Birkhäuser Verlag.
