Résumé : As one of the principal constituent of pulmonary surfactant, phospholipids are expected to be well-tolerated after inhalation. This low toxicity potential coupled with their attractive physicochemical properties lead our research group to use them as excipients in the development of dry powders for inhalation (DPsI) and suspensions to be used in nebulizers. This poster illustrates the principal researches done in recent years in our laboratory to develop highly-effective aerosol formulations with high dispersion properties. Those formulations are based on new pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, including phospholipids.
