| Résumé : | The development of the New Regionalism Approach has given academia a new key to unlock the backbox of regionalism: globalisation. This could enable an understanding of the process of regionalisation and apprehend the future dynamics. One of which includes the apparition of the premises of defence Unions in Europe and in Africa. We find in that both Unions share similar structures in their institutional architecture and a similar evolution despite very different financial and geopolitical realities. This would be a confirmation of the NRA paradigm and a new lens through which we could evaluate future regional organisations. |
