Résumé : | Diethyl- and di-n-butyltin (IV) trimethoxybenzoates were tested in vitro at the National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, Maryland, USA, for cytotoxic activity against a panel of 60 human cell lines. The di-n-butylin compounds are more active in vitro against human tumor cell lines than their diethyltin analogs. |
