| Résumé : | A general photoinduced copper-catalyzed carbonylative cross-coupling of alkyl iodides with amines for the synthesis of amides under mild conditions is reported. Using a readily accessible, inexpensive copper complex, [Cu(bcp)DPEphos]PF6, the reaction proceeds at room temperature and accommodates a broad range of amines. Notably, the transformation can also be performed under ambient carbon monoxide pressure and can be extended to hydrazines, alcohols, and sodium hydroxide. |
