Résumé : This thesis examines the annotation of Regulatory Technology (RegTech) data, emphasizing that this area of research presents process-related challenges that can be effectively addressed through a process-centric approach, drawing notably on Business Process Management (BPM) research. It explores the development of process-aware software for annotating RegTech data, focusing on three key contributions: Ant: (1) A Process Aware Annotation Software for Regulatory Compliance, (2) The Theta Inter-Annotator Agreement Algorithm and (3) GDPR120Q: An Annotated Q&A Corpus for Privacy Compliance. The thesis concludes that a process-centric approach presents numerous promising avenues for future research in the field.
