Résumé : | The dynamics of biochemical reaction systems of rank one are studied. The global convergence of the set of equilibrium points is investigated and the local stability properties of the equilibria are analysed. The problem of stability boundary estimation is addressed and an algorithm for the visualization of the boundaries is proposed. The theoretical results and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms are verified by two examples. |
