| Résumé : | A summary of the biochemistry, the pharmacology and the preparation of alpha chymotrypsin is given. The author has treated one hundred cases of inflammatory reactions of joints and soft tissues; alpha chymotrypsin dissolved in distilled water was applied at the positive pole. A clear effect upon the articular and subcutaneous oedema was observed. |
