Résumé :

A case of chronic ulceration of the scalp in a 52 yr old man is reported. The histologic picture corresponds to perofolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens. However, the clinical picture differs and is to be compared with the observation of Nordlund and Klaus. The lesion was succesfully treated by topical applications of a 5 F.U. ointment.
