Résumé : | Interest for magnetic solutions used for endoscopy has grown in the past years. Among those, magnetic pressure anastomosis has been already developed by different teams, but no solutions are yet available for physicians. This solution enables leakage- and bleeding free procedure, without surgery. Reasons – not exhaustive – for that is the need for two endoscopes, the necessity of using a laparoscopic camera to secure the procedure, and the difficulty to have a wide opening compared to the device. Our department is developing a new magnetic solution, avoiding the problems described above when creating anastomosis in the GI tract. |
