Résumé : A young woman of 23 years old suddenly presented a unilateral visual failure succeeded by frontal and pulsatile headache. Successive ocular investigations showed an important variability of the symptoms, suggesting an optic neuritis or a chiasmatic process. The complementary neuroradiological investigations gave us the clinical diagnosis of craniopharyngioma. Total excision of the lesion allowed a very good visual recuperation.
