Résumé : A retrospective radiological analysis of hip involvement in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) in 137 patients is presented. When hip involvement occurs up to the age of fifteen (113 cases), growth disturbances are frequent and their aspects are varied. The emphasis is put on the radiological study of these growth abnormalities. In this group of patients, dislocation and subluxation of the hip is a common feature. Acetabular protrusion was only seen as a late complication. After the age of fifteen (24 cases), hip disease in JRA does not differ from the adult cases. © 1971, Informa UK Ltd. All rights reserved.
