Résumé :

Using specific monoclonal antibodies against lymphocyte membrane antigens, the changes in the distribution of blood T cells subsets during ageing were investigated. Results support evidences for the appearance of a discrete desequilibrium between suppressor and helper T lymphocytes in old humans.
