Résumé : | Pelvic floor revalidation is devoted to conserve perineal functions as statics, urinary continence and sexual harmony. The therapeutics includes preventive and curative actions, and is based upon muscular and neuromuscular properties of pelvic floor. The different steps are: information, local muscular work, behavioral education, biofeedback, functional electrostimulation, intra-abdominal pressure control. The therapeutics is only continuated if clinical improvement is demonstrated after 10 sessions. |
