Résumé : | The authors present their first results of Gallium 67 scintigraphs obtained on hips subjected to operation. In a series without any septic incident, 91% of the scans remained negative. In all of the cases of infected hips, whether early or late, the scintigraphs were 100% positive. This examination is very reliable and should be done for the removal of all doubt every time that there is suspicion of infection of a hip. |
