Résumé : The adaptation of an osteosynthesis to the mechanical situation of the fractured bone is a multifactorial problem. Advances in the techniques of measurement of the deformation of an implant, during the different phases of nursing or of rehabilitation significantly decrease the risk of fracture of implants. This paper presents a preliminary report on the possibility of measuring the mechanical characteristics of the bone at the time of the anchorage of the osteosynthesis. The measurement of the maximum torque of a screw could be representative for the strength of the material.
