Résumé :

Irradiation of frog spermatozo adiminishes very rapidly their content of adenosine triphosphate There appears to be a certain relationship between this effect, the motility of the spermatozoa and their fertilizing capacity. Furthermore, we have observed that, in the case of Rana fusca, a small amount of peptide is liberated when the spermatozoa are irradiated. © 1955.
