Résumé : Microgram paper chromatography has succeeded to separate Silicate, Borate and Molybdate of Sodium. Development takes only 60′ using acetone, HCl 5% (acetone containing 5 ml of concentrated HCl in ml) in a vessel saturated with 2-Butanone, HCl 5%. The procedure has been checked quantitatively with mixtures containing 10 micrograms of each element. Boron has been determined absorptiometrically after development and elution. It is recovered to ± 3%. © 1951 Springer-Verlag.
