Résumé : Describes a wide range, double beam, wavelength modulated spectrometer free of background spectrum down to a logarithmic derivative of 10-4 nm-1. An optical switch has been designed such that the sample and reference beams hit the detector in the same spot and at the same angle. The sample signal is extracted in two steps: with a simple subtracting system and with a feedback loop acting on the slit function of the monochromator.
