Résumé : We present a case of a splenic arterio-venous fistula (AVF) occurring after a low energy blunt trauma. The fistula was discovered 20 days after trauma. Evolution was unpredictible and lead to splenic rupture, and splenectomy was performed. Patients who develop an abdominal bruit following blunt trauma should be considered for visceral ultrasonography and/or angiography. The findings of an arteriovenous fistula dictate its obliteration or its resection.
