Résumé :

In light-adapted amblyopic eyes, the coefficient of spatial summation in the macular region is significantly higher than in normal eyes. In the peripheral retina the behaviour is the same in the amblyopic eye and in the normal eye. The differences in the central region disappears during dark adaptation, after the 30th second. © 1967 Dr. W. Junk N. V.
