Résumé : Trifluoracetylated amyl esters of aminoacids are products sufficiently volatile to be analysed on a Beckman G.C. 2 Chromatograph fitted with a catarhometer: thirteen aminoacids have been isolated in this form, on a polar column of 25% diethylene glycol succinate. After hydrolysis, the aminoacids of the gramicidin have been qualitatively and quantitatively characterized by this method. An inversion in the order of succession of the outflow of these derivates in relation to their molecular weights has been noticed and an explanation is beeing proposed. © 1964 Uitgeverij Dr. W. Junk.
