Résumé : | Cytochemical methods demonstrate, in large frog's oocytes, a cortical ribonucleoprotein layer, which is not shifted by centrifugation, and a gradient in the arginine and tyrosine content of the yolk. These observations lend support to Dalcq and Pasteels' theoretical ideas. © 1947 Birkhäuser Verlag. |
