Résumé : The author recalls the different possible techniques of extra-intracranial bypass that may be used to revascularise an ischaemic brain. Based on his own experience and analysis of angiography and clinical documents collected from the literature, he presents the advantages and disadvantages of each technique and the reasons for his own choice.
