Résumé :

Circulating parathyroid hormone (PTH) was determined by radioimmunoassay in 35 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets. PTH levels are not predictable from calcemia. There is no corrleation between PTH levels and serum inorganic phosphate. The importance of the factor of age is pointed out: calcemia and PTH levels are related to age.
