Résumé : A case of cryptococcal meningitis is reported in a patient affected with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This mycotic infection is a complication occurring most often in patients such as the patient described whose cellular immunity is deficient. The various diagnoses and therapeutic modalities are discussed. Prognosis for cryptococcosis depends on early diagnosis and the initiation of adequate therapy.
