Résumé : | *Le Nègre Potemkine* by Blaise N’Djehoya is a fragmented novel, i.e. a novel whose entry into fiction is problematic for readers. The article argues that narrative dysfunctions and reflexivity as well as style contribute to the fragmentation of the novel. We finally suggest that the discomfort experienced in reading the book is meant to render, all things being equals, African migrants’ distress. |
