Résumé : | HIV-1 RNA and DNA were measured in follicular fluids, flushes and cumulus cells during eight cycles of in-vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection in four infected patients. No production of HIV-1 RNA or DNA was evidenced in the follicular fluids or cumulus cells of patients with undetectable plasma viral loads. In the one patient with a detectable plasma viral load, HIV-1 RNA was detected in a sixth of the samples tested. Her baby remained HIV-1 negative. |
