Résumé : | This poster is about DI-fusion, the institutional repository of the Université libre de Bruxelles. Developed by the Archives & Libraries, DI-fusion was launched on 09 september 2009. As the majority of institutional repositories, DI-fusion aims to reference and host the full text of the scientific production of the institution, becoming the University's academic bibliography.Apart from being a tool to record the researchers publications, DI-fusion reveals itself as an opportunity to increase librarians skills that are not considered typical for librarians. This is the grey part of the poster, where you can see skills developed with the DI-fusion. Secondly, DI-fusion enhance the relationship between libraries and researchers while offering them new services. This is the green part of the poster.Information technology , for building encoding and search interface, shaping the metadata and offering services as publications lists, websites integration and references dissemination.Project management: we have a collegial committee for the implementation, in link with the institution's authorities, the research and the communication departments and the facultiesCommunication and promotion : We have DI-thécaire, a DI-fusion specialist librarian; promotion material such as posters, flyers, videos. inserts in the ULB's official publications, blog, users' training session and events. |
