Résumé : We report a case of a thirty-year-old woman suffering from chronic factitious disorder with hemiplegia. Such a pathomimia is very uncommon in Munchausen's syndrome. Indeed, most often, the clinical picture is characterised by acute abdominal pain, fainting, haemoptysis, precordialgia, hematemesis or dermatological lesions.
