Résumé :

By drawing mainly on Best (2014), we tried to analyse how international organizations develop their work nowadays. We chose an international development project displayed in Nigeria by IDA. The chosen project is named Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE). Through the analysis of this project we try to verify whether Best´s insights about ownership and developing global standards strategies apply to pur case study or not.
