Résumé : | Asparaginase is frequently used in the treatment of lymphoblastic malignancies in children and is a major cause of drug-induced acute pancreatitis. Severe cases of iatrogenic pancreatitis are uncommon but potentially lethal, and represent a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. |
