Résumé : | Using a panel of mouse X rat somatic cell hybrids and a characterized rat vitamin D binding protein (DBP) cDNA probe, we assigned the gene coding for rat DBP to chromosome 14. We conclude that the genes for DBP, albumin, and alpha-fetoprotein, all of which derive from a common precursor, are syntenic in the rat, as they are in man. |
