Résumé : | Human IFI-15K and 6-16 genes are transcriptionally stimulated by interferons, double-stranded RNA, and viruses. By screening a cDNA library with oligodeoxynucleotide probes, we have isolated complete copies corresponding to these two genes. These cDNA clones allowed us to localize the IFI-15K and 6-16 genes on human chromosome 1 by somatic cell hybridization. |
