Résumé : | The distribution of cannabinoid receptor binding sites has been studied in the basal ganglia of 3 human adults using the synthetic cannabinoid agonist [3H]CP55,940 and autoradiography. The [3H]CP55,940-specific labeling was found in the caudate, putamen, accumbens, substantia nigra pars reticulata, and globus pallidus. The binding was consistently higher in the medial over the lateral part of the globus pallidus. |
