Résumé : | Hypercholesterolemia is a frequent complication in renal transplant patients treated with cyclosporine A (CsA). Whether it is preferable to treat hypercholesterolemia with statins or to switch patients from CsA to tacrolimus (TRL) has not been investigated. |
