| Résumé : | Intimate behavior can induce various allergy manifestations or intolerances, often unknown, potentially serious and probably underestimated. Latex and seminal fluid allergies are two common causes but other materials and products can be involved. Authors want to point out the examination importance that would be careful and sometimes intrusive. Though sexual behavior changing habits, it seems that medical community makes few cases from arising problems. A methodical evaluation in current allergologic practice could allow a better care of unusual and sometimes unexplained complaints. © 2009 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved. |
