Résumé : NK-lysin is the first representative of a family of sequence related proteins--saposins, surfactant-associated protein B, pore forming amoeba proteins, and domains of acid sphingomyelinase, acyloxyacylhydrolase and plant aspartic proteinases--for which a structure has been determined.
