| Résumé : | The two dimensional evaporation of water/ethanol mixture is studied in a Hele-Shaw cell. Refractive index variation during the evaporation is followed by a Mach-Zenhder interferometer. Rayleigh-Taylor instability is observed during the evaporation. The theoretical model is developed in order to facilitate the interpretation of the experimental results. |
