Résumé : The family therapy training process includes theory, techniques, work on genograms and supervision of the therapeutic practice of the trainee. This last part feed at the same time the personnel growth of the trainee and is as such, a major contribution to his professional development. Two different supervision's models ("significant third" and "intervision group") are described, that focus on the amplification of resonances between the trainee, his family of origin, the client's family for which he asks for supervision and the training group. The article comes to an end with some remarks on differences and common points that exist between family therapy training and psychotherapy. © De Boeck Université. Tous droits réservés pour tous pays.
