Résumé : | A 65-year-old man showed naloxone-reversible unconsciousness followed by downward gaze paralysis. CT scan suggested an ischaemic lesion in the mesodiencephalic region. This observation represents the first case of naloxone-reversible coma related to brainstem ischaemia. |
