Résumé : | The abnormal filaments of neurofibrillary tangles of Alzheimer's disease have been studied by immunocytochemistry with a serum raised against the isolated filaments, and with a serum anti-tau, a microtubule-associated protein. The two antisera give a similar labelling of the cellular lesions. Moreover, the anti-abnormal filaments serum contains anti-tau antibodies. |
