Résumé : | The anti-inflammatory properties of interleukin (IL)-10 have been well documented in vitro and in vivo. This article reviews the different models of lung injury in which IL-10 administration was proven beneficial and the potential of IL-10 as therapy for allergic disorders is emphasized. |
