Résumé :

Using the micromixing concept introduced by Zwietering we describe the effect of incomplete stirring on consecutive reactions exhibiting bistability transitions in a CSTR. In particular we explain the difference in the behaviour of the system when reactant feed streams are premixed or non-premixed. A perturbation expansion around the fast stirring limit provides analytical results.
